DEEP BLUE POOL & SPA Pool Opening includes:
Removal of water and debris from cover, remove inter cover, fold, and put away for season.(Extra charge for excessive amount of water and debris)
Installation of pump, filter, heater, and hoses.
Install return fittings and baskets.
Start pump for circulation. (If water level in pool is at adequate level, half way up skimmer)
Add start up chemicals. Balance Water Chemistry (Alkalinity, Ph, hardness, etc...)
Your Responsibilities Before We Arrive To Open Your Pool:
Please let us know where you would like us to put your winter cover, water tubes, return plugs, etc. for storage.
Make sure all return fittings, ladders, pump, filter, baskets, or any other equipment needed for service technicians to complete opening is out by pool. *If items that are needed are not by pool then DEEP BLUE POOL & SPA will replace with new and charge appropriate.* (If this is not possible, please leave specific instructions on location of these items and that they are accessible.)
Make sure the circuit breaker(s) is "ON"
Make sure service tech. have access to your pool. (Gate unlocked, ladder to deck unlocked, etc...)
Payment Responsibilities
Payment of service must be completed before or at time of completion of work.
If payment is not received before arrival, customer MUST be home at time of completion to complete payment.
We will leave bill for additional charges for it being LATE.
